limited warranty

M. J. Dunn Company guarantees its products, under normal use and conditions, to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment from M.J. Dunn Company.

The limited warranty set forth herein is the only warranty, ( whether expressed, written or implied) applicable to these M. J. Dunn Products.

To obtain performance under this warranty, any M. J. Dunn product suspected of having a manufacturing defect in material or workmanship must be returned to M. J. Dunn Company, Freight Prepaid, for inspection.

If the returned M. J. Dunn Company product is found to have a manufacturing defect in material or workmanship, M. J. Dunn Company shall, at the expense of M. J. Dunn Company, repair or replace the defective M. J. Dunn product.

Whenever M. J. Dunn Company repairs or replaces a defective M. J. Dunn product at M. J. Dunn Companies expense, M. J. Dunn Company will credit the Distributor/Customer by Credit Memo, the same surface freight amount which M. J. Dunn Company paid to ship the replacement M. J. Dunn products to the Distributor/Customer.

In no event shall M. J. Dunn Company be liable for damages caused by unreasonable use or abuse, lack of maintenance, or the like.

M. J. Dunn Company is not and will not be responsible for Incidental or Consequential damages, and M. J. Dunn Companys Liability shall in all instances be limited to the Distributors/Customers actual purchase price of the defective M. J. Dunn product.

There are no Warranties which extend beyond the Limited Warranty set forth Herein and all Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness are excluded.
