SHIPPING PROCEDURE

Due to the nature of shipping parts, we have decided to take a direct approach to shipping your purchase.

After your purchase is completed online, you will be contacted to set up shipping. Once a decision is made you will have to provide additional payment for shipping.

SHIPMENTS
Any Claims for lost or damaged Goods shipped from M. J. Dunn Company must be filed with the Freight Carrier by the Customer. All shipments from M. J. Dunn Company are F.O.B. Blaine, MN. USA, unless otherwise specified.

RETURNS
Any M. J. Dunn Products returned to M. J. Dunn Company must have a Return Authorization Number. The customer is responsible for Freight Charges to return the said products

CANCELLATIONS
In the event of an Order Cancellation, the customer will pay M. J. Dunn Company any and all reasonable costs incurred by M. J. Dunn Company prior to the Cancellation.
